Facial Dimensions

In rhinoplasty, the nose is never evaluated alone. It is part of a set. Face height, width, chin projection, eye position… everything goes into this.

Sometimes, the nose isn’t even too “big” or “small” — it’s just out of proportion with the rest of the face. Therefore, looking at facial dimensions is essential to achieve a natural and balanced result.

The goal is not to create a standard nose, but rather a nose that makes sense on your face. When the proportions are well adjusted, the result is harmonious, discreet and with its identity preserved.
